The DB Method had a great machine and ravings reviews but their mobile app was falling behind. Their Patented technology helps women and men all over the US focus their workout on their legs and glutes, and is praised by everyone from the Kardashians to magazines and TV Shows.
Sadly, their mobile application was not doing as well in the stores, with low reviews and several complaints. More so it was hitting the brand reputation that they had effortfully created with their machines. We partnered with Monstar-lab to fix this, improving the UX and stability of the app, fixing many of the issues they had and releasing better and better versions one after the other.
We were able to increase The DB Method app rating to 4.5 from a low 2.4 and improved the perceived and actual quality of the application, helping the brand stand out in every aspect, not only their machines.
